This is a viewing inspection and will flag up any major issues to the main elements of the building, great for remedial work properties. It is a quick way to access if you want to consider going ahead with a property and having a full survey.
RICS Homebuyer Report
For properties less than 60 years old in a fair condition. This report will give you the condition and construction of the property, identify any problems that are urgent and any that may need attention later on. A reinstatement valuation is optional to give you an accurate insurance value.
RICS Building Survey
Suitable for all properties but particulary older or grade listed buildings, or ones that have been altered or in less than average condition. It will cover the type and method of construction, issues and maintenance that need addressing, repair options and recommendations for further investigation. It is advisable to have a Building Survey prior to any building plans for the property.
RICS Condition Report
This is for modern properties in good condition. Offering a condition report on the building but does not consider roof or drainage issues.
